Performer at heart, creative by nature, arts leader in practice.

Theatre has been my heart for nearly three decades, giving me the chance to connect with audiences through song, character, and story. Offstage, my work as a development director keeps me rooted in the heart of theatre, ensuring organizations thrive and artists have space to create. And with a splash of graphic design through my creative outlet, RDDesigns, I get to play with visuals as another way to bring ideas to life.

My Journey

It took nearly 15 years for my career and passions to truly align. Theatre has always been at the center of who I am, but I spent years exploring different paths and learning how to turn my love for performance into meaningful work in the arts. My time as Director of Advancement at HITS Theatre in Houston, TX was transformative—stepping into leadership, guiding fundraising campaigns, and helping the organization grow gave me a whole new perspective on how theatre can thrive. Along the way, I found opportunities to bring my creativity into other areas, including design and marketing through RDDesigns. What started as a creative outlet became a way to support artists, nonprofits, and small businesses in telling their stories visually.

At the end of 2024, my family and I relocated to Santa Fe, NM, and I’m thrilled to be joining Santa Fe Playhouse as their Director of Development. Now, as a performer, arts leader, and creative, I feel like all the pieces have come together. I get to live a life rooted in storytelling—on stage, behind the scenes, and in the communities I help build—and I couldn’t be more excited to keep creating, connecting, and collaborating in this vibrant city.
